I enjoy taking ideas that are still slightly messy, ambitious or undefined and helping turn them into something practical, structured and deliverable.
My work spans healthcare and public services, international development, agriculture, technology and enterprise development. I have worked with multidisciplinary teams, businesses, non-profit organisations and public-sector services, managing projects that range from digital platforms and service improvement initiatives to entrepreneurship programmes, agricultural innovation and health projects.
What connects all of that work is something quite simple: I love solving problems, bringing people together and figuring out how to move an idea from “this would be useful” to “this is actually working.”

What exactly are we trying to achieve? Who needs to be involved? What could derail us? What does success look like for the people who will actually use what we are building?
I enjoy developing new ideas, exploring how technology can solve practical problems and eliminate inefficiencies.
At the core of my work is a visible human outcome: better systems, better decisions and better implementation that genuinely make things easier or more effective for the people involved.
